Hey Reader,
The Keurig Drinkworks team came to us with a big ask:
Launch visuals for a new product.
Except… the product didn’t fully exist yet.
Some parts were finalised. Others were still scribbles on napkins.
But the timeline? Very real.
They needed press visuals, in-app content, a hero video—the whole suite.
We pulled it off. Here's what helped:
→ Build for change — not just delivery
→ Design for now, version for later
→ Create a visual system, not just assets
Here’s the quick breakdown:
1. Think modular from day one
We knew the design would evolve, so we set up a layered pipeline. Each pod, package, and UI element was built to update independently. No redoing from scratch.
2. Don’t wait for “final”
Waiting on a “finished” prototype? That’s a launch killer. We worked off early CAD files and iterated alongside the client. The result: faster approvals, fewer surprises.
3. One shoot = many formats
Instead of bespoke assets for every platform, we created a master scene system. One animation setup, many angles, endless cutdowns. Efficiency without compromise.
➤ Takeaway:
If your product’s still evolving, your content pipeline should too.
You don’t need all the answers—just a system that adapts fast.
Need to move before the ink dries on the brief?
